We lease properties from real estate owners to renovate as meeting rooms, banquet halls, rental office,and co-working spaces, and then those spaces are shared our clients.

Stable customer base

The number of companies using our service annually is approximately 30,000. The top 2,500 companies account approx.75% of our corporate sales, especially the top 500 companies account approx. 50% of our corporate sales.
In addition, 90% of our clients use our spaces repeatedly, and then we have a solid customer base within various industries.
Remarks: The repeat rate is calcurated as the percentage of sales from existing customers in 2020 sales
